*If slip is paid in full before December 1st, 2008. All boats first 40’ are $60.00/Ft. (Additional feet over 40 are $50.00 per foot.) After December 1St, 2008 the price is $70.00/Ft. up to 40’. Over 40’ remains $50.00 per foot.
